One process for tile. A different one for stone. That's the point.

How it works

Three visits' worth of care, done in one.

Tile, grout and natural stone don’t behave the same way under pressure or chemistry.
We treat each on its own terms.

01

Inspect the surface

We identify the tile or stone type, check for existing sealant, and test an inconspicuous area before any cleaning begins.

02

Deep clean tile and grout

Hot water extraction and rotary agitation lift ground-in soil from grout lines and tile texture, with pH matched to the material.

03

Seal and protect

Grout and porous stone are sealed once dry, so the floor resists staining and is easier to maintain between visits.

What customers say

Trusted by homeowners across the region.

Our travertine floor hadn’t looked right since it was laid. It’s finally even in colour and the etch marks are gone.

Homeowner, Sale

The grout in our kitchen was almost black in places. It came back to the original colour and they sealed it after.

Homeowner, Stockport

Explained exactly what they were doing to the stone and why, which mattered to us given how expensive it was to lay.

Questions

Before you book.

Will cleaning damage my natural stone?

No. We identify the stone type first and use pH-neutral or stone-safe products throughout. Acidic cleaners, which can etch marble, travertine and limestone, are never used on those surfaces.

Can you recolour discoloured grout?

Yes. After deep cleaning, grout can be recoloured to a uniform shade and sealed, which also makes it more resistant to future staining.

How long before I can walk on the floor?

Most floors are dry enough for light foot traffic within a few hours. If sealing is included, we’ll confirm the exact drying time for the product used on the day.

Do you clean outdoor tile and stone as well as indoor?

Yes — patios, paths and paving in sandstone, slate and porcelain are all covered, with an exterior-grade sealer available afterwards.
