No. We identify the stone type first and use pH-neutral or stone-safe products throughout. Acidic cleaners, which can etch marble, travertine and limestone, are never used on those surfaces.
Yes. After deep cleaning, grout can be recoloured to a uniform shade and sealed, which also makes it more resistant to future staining.
